Well, another Autumn is coming to a close, and with it goes another year of our service to the Belvidere area. Since opening our doors in July of 2000, we have experienced tremendous growth through which we have helped thousands of people with their health care needs. With the end of another year of service also comes our time to show our appreciation to you, our patients.
